NO import taxes to EU countries - we ship from EU. 

💚  Tracked delivery to a parcel locker  pickup point - from 4€* (available in some countries). Usually takes about 4-7 b. days, depending on the area. * See the table below. You can find all available parcel lockers and pickup points using the following links. Enter your country and city:

💚  Tracked delivery to the post office - from 11,90€*.  FREE for orders over 170€ (all EU countries except Cyprus and Malta).  Cyprus and Malta - free for orders over 300€. Usually takes about 7-14 days, depending on the area. * See the table below.

💚 International Express carrier - from 7€* - price and the delivery period depends on the country.  FREE for orders over 300-500€*.  Usually it is "door to door" service, but in some countries (Sweden and Denmark for sure) the package can be left in the pickup point. * See table below. 

💚 NOT EU countries - tracked delivery to your post office (non insured) - from 18€ to 35€ depending on the weight. FREE for all orders over 300€.  Import taxes can be applied by customs in your country. Usually takes about 7-14 business days,  depending on the area (in rare cases it can take up longer).

Please provide full name, correct and full delivery address.

Please track your package via the link we will provide you in the email with tracking number.  Delivery can take longer because of national, other holidays and etc.
Keep in mind - If you do not receive notification from your local post office or if your tracking number does not appear in your country post online system after 1-2 weeks, please visit your local post office and ask whether they are holding your package. If post office doesn't have your package and no tracking information is available, please contact us by email info@100pure.lt

If you do not collect the package from the post locker, pick up point or post office within the required time period (which varies by country), it will be returned to us. Please note that the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost are non-refundable. As the postal service charges us a return fee, a package return fee of 11.90€ (or 18-35 € if outside from EU) will be deducted from your refund. If you would like the package to be shipped again, the reshipping fee will apply. A refund can only be issued after we have received the returned package or product.

Delivery and return costs is not refundable if: 

- you do not take the package from the post locker, pick up point or post office in time (end of the collection period) or you are returning full order);
- you're returning part of your order (because you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind), and the remaining items no longer meet the minimum amount required for free delivery.
- you gave us wrong or not accurate delivery address or phone number.

We require all international bank transfers to us to be made with the OUR instruction. The only exception is EU-payments in EUR which can be made with SHA instruction. The OUR instruction means you pay all transfer charges and we receive full amount for the order.

Delivery with in Lithuania

💚 DPD and LpExpess Pick up point - 2,50€.  DPD pick up point is FREE for all orders over 33€
Usually takes about 2 - 4 business days,  depending on the area. To Kuršių Nerija we ship just by registered Lithuanian post.
